Let me not to the marriage of true minds
Admit impediments. Love is not love

Ayan ang topic namin sa English kanina. Kapag love nga naman ang pinaguusapan, makikita mo na interested ang lahat makinig. Lahat kasi nakakar eh.
For you, what is love? Gaaaah. That was a tough question. Para sa akin, love has no definite meaning. It it hard to explain. We have different interpretations on love. For some, love is a bliss but for some, love is as painful as hell. It depends upon the person speaking. Shempre kapag nasaktan ka na noon, masasabi mong love is painful. Kaya nga maraming takot na ulit magmahal eh.
So kanina, tinanong ako ni Mam. Lucena. For me, what is love. Then ganito sabi ko: "Love is wanting the other person to be happy even if you cannot be a part of that happiness." That was the first idea that came into my mind. So in short, love is sacrifice. Tama ba? Gusto mo maging masaya ang taong mahal mo kahit hindi ikaw ang kasiyahan na hinahanap niya. Susubukan mong maging masaya para sa kanya kahit mahirap. Iisipin mo muna ang kaligayahan niya bago yung iyo kahit hindi ka naman makikinabang sa kaligayahan niya. Selfless love.
Nung tinanong na kami ng interpretations tungkol sa sonnet, ayan na.Iba-iba rin kami ng mga sagot ng mga kaklase ko eh. For some, true love is endless. They said that love can withstand time. It does not change despite all the trials that they meet along the way. For the others, true love waits. O di kaya, love endures. Love is not blind. Etc. Pero masasabi ko na lahat naman sila e tama. :)
Di mo malalaman ang ibig sabihin nito hangga't di mo ito nararanasan. Kung may kasabihan na "to see is to believe" para sa akin, meron ding "to feel it yourself is to understand". Kapag sinabi kasing love, madalas unang pumapasok sa isip natin ay love to the opposite sex. Pero wala namang mali dun. Dapat malaman lang natin na hindi lang sila ang pwede at kaya nating mahalin.
Ang dami ko na yatang sinabi. Pero kung may mga tao kang pinapahalagahan ngayon, maiintindihan mo ang mga sinabi ko. :)
